How to Work with Ubetterplastic?

1. Sign an NDA ( If you need it) to ensure your design is safe, then send us your 3D files.

2. My engineer will modify the design to make sure it's workable for moulds.

3. Show you the new design by videos, pictures, or even a Zoom meeting.

4. Approve the design.

5. Making samples by 3D printing or moulds.

6. Rapid prototype: Finish 3D printing samples within 7 days.

How is The Order Process?

Design evaluate → Drawings → Mold design → Molding making → Molding debugging → Samples making → Sample approved → Mass production → Parts inspection → Assembly → Custom packing → Warehousing → Delivery.

What Type of CAD Files Do You Accept?

We are able to accept STEP, STP, IGS, STL, X-T, DXF files. 

What Type of Plastic is Best for My Design/Product?

Material selection depends on the application of your design and the environment in which it will function. We will be happy to discuss the alternatives and suggest the best material.

How Long Does It Take To Build An Injection Mold?

Generally, it takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity and number of cavities in the mold. And 15-30 business days for mass production.

Can Injection Products Be Surface-Treated? What Are The Kinds of Surface Treatments?

It is ok. Surface treatment: spray paint, silk screen, electroplating, etc.

How Do We Guarantee Quality?

Always be pre-production samples before mass production; Always carry out final inspection before shipment.
